Commodore Perry Inn Rates

The rates listed are subject to change according to availability. Rates listed are for standard rooms with either two double beds or one king, suites and jacuzzi rooms. The rate table listed may have a range of rates for a range of dates, as it is not feasibile to list every rate, every room type, and every date using this format. If interested in a specific rate quote for a specific room type and date, please call toll free 866-385-3101 for assistance. Lakeview rooms typically carry a $10.00 per night additional room charge May through October.

All rooms and suites have a microwave, a small refrigerator, in-room coffee makers w/coffee, in-room safes, hairdryers, irons and full size iron boards, cable tv with over 65 channels (including ESPN, ESPN2, CNN. HLN, and MSNBC), and wifi/wireless internet access at no additional charge! A complimentary continental breakfast is included for all hotel guests.

We are a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $15 fee per pet, valid for up to one week (seven days). If the pet is a guest longer than one week, the fee is a "per week" charge. This non-refundable fee does NOT cover any costs associated with damages caused by a pet.
